nature2need has signed an MoU with Presidency University on October 15th, 2019 with the objective of working on joint projects related to biopolymer compounds

The cooperation and partnership with Presidency University will further help nature2need to better understand the market around biopolymers and applications thereof in India and to grow faster into the Indian market.

Presidency University has signed a MOU with nature2need on Tuesday, 15th October 2019 with the objective of working on joint projects related to biopolymers.

The MOU was signed by Dr. Ashik Kallare, Head of Engineering, nature2need, Dr. C. Prabhakar Reddy, Dean, School of Engineering and Dr. C. S. Ramesh, Dean, Research and Innovation of Presidency University.

This new tie up with nature2need will provide plenty of opportunities for the faculty and students of the University to contribute in the area of biopolymers.

Biopolymers are produced from natural sources chemically synthesized from biological materials. Biopolymers find applications in interior parts, exterior parts, door components, electrical components, engine system etc.

nature2need is a global material supplier of sustainable bio-polymers and compounds as well as products with up to 100% biomass.

Their materials help reducing carbon footprint, pollution and increase the use of fast-renewable resources. The Company was started a few years ago to develop sustainable, high-performing bamboo fiber reinforced polymers for the automotive industry.

Being committed to sustainable materials, the Company branched out into compounds with biodegradable polymers. The Company is one of the global leaders in biopolymers having made a large number of trials and formulations. The compounds and sheets manufactured by Nature2Need are performing consistently well.
